Overview

Ameba IoT chip mass production (MP) verification and configuration is divided into three core modules: the system module, the RF calibration module, and the user customization module. Each module has distinct responsibilities, and together they ensure chip mass production quality and the operational stability of end devices. Specifically:

  • The system module serves as the foundational core module of the IoT SoC, responsible for managing low-level chip operations and core security protection. It primarily covers system basic state control, low-level operational parameter configuration, and chip security feature deployment. The mass production configuration of the system module directly determines core capabilities such as power-on boot, hardware adaptation, operational stability, and firmware security. It is an indispensable foundational step in the chip mass production process.

  • The RF calibration module focuses on wireless RF parameter calibration, performance tuning, and compliance verification to ensure proper wireless communication.

  • The user customization module allows manufacturers to perform personalized configuration and feature customization based on their product scenarios, functional requirements, and security specifications.
